The facilities management team provide ongoing support and advice for both day to day activities and strategic site management. The service is designed to be an extension to the site management team, providing impartial advice, solutions for building management issues and planning for long term building maintenance and works. The service includes a dedicated helpdesk, condition surveys, funding support, forward maintenance and development plan and access to a large contractor database.
